HARRY ARSENE
Harry Arsene is the co-founder and manager of Arsene Construction (AKA Investors, LLC), a Seattle-based real estate development and general construction company. With a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, San Diego, and an M.S. in Product Development Engineering from the University of Southern California, Harry brings a strong technical background to his role.
Before joining Arsene Construction full-time, Harry worked in the aerospace industry for over 13 years. Since then, he has focused on property acquisition, project financing, and managing the company’s accounting and human resources functions.
Under Harry's leadership, Arsene Construction has built a diverse portfolio of projects, including luxury townhouses, single-family homes, and multi-family residential buildings.

We had been considering a new build for some time, but were paralyzed by questions about who to use, how to pair architect & builder, and how to pick finishes. The Arsene team handled it all. They listened carefully and then worked up a budget and design, taking care to incorporate small details that mattered to us (e.g., higher counters because we're tall). They then worked around our materials paralysis by identifying our go-to style and then presenting us with a limited number of options. Once plans were drawn up and materials selected, a team was assigned and a timeline identified. I don't know how they hire, but all of their in-house leads are awesome, taking time to lay out the process, update us on timing, and walk us through progress at every step. Even though we changed something mid-project, the Arsene team still came in on budget.
