ALICIA ARSENE                                  

Shortly after graduating from the University of Southern California School of Architecture, Alicia Arsene founded Arsene Construction. Since 2007, Arsene Construction has built single-family residences, town house developments, commercial architecture, and multi unit buildings in the greater Seattle area.

 

Our architectural philosophy is that form follows function.  We favor open floor plans that offer flexible end-use spaces.  Our team is dedicated to green design and incorporates many sustainable principles in all aspects of construction.

We had been considering a new build for some time, but were paralyzed by questions about who to use, how to pair architect & builder, and how to pick finishes. The Arsene team handled it all. They listened carefully and then worked up a budget and design, taking care to incorporate small details that mattered to us (e.g., higher counters because we're tall). They then worked around our materials paralysis by identifying our go-to style and then presenting us with a limited number of options. Once plans were drawn up and materials selected, a team was assigned and a timeline identified. I don't know how they hire, but all of their in-house leads are awesome, taking time to lay out the process, update us on timing, and walk us through progress at every step. Even though we changed something mid-project, the Arsene team still came in on budget.

RECOGNITION

We are very excited to be featured in a nationwide advertising spread by John L. Scott. Nine houses were chosen for a special Luxury Portfolio advertisement, highlighting high-end homes all over the US, and we are one of them! What an honor it is to have the kitchen/dining of one of our West Seattle builds featured.

Our project on 77th St was featured on CNBC as the real estate National Power House of the Week!
